Friday's Headliners

Eagles played their 2nd preseason game yesterday. Reno Mahe, their 4th string RB started because the 3 guys in front of him were injured. Mahe left the game with a concussion. Do teams even have 5th strings?

Miguel Tejada apologized for flipping the bird to the Blue Jays fans in Toronto.

Twins are "optimistic" that Liriano will return this season! That does not sound promising.

LenDale White got into a fight with two teammates on the Titans defense in camp yesterday.

Deuce McAllister will sit out the Saints first preseason game. Will Reggie Bush let him see the field again this year? Maybe we should take him over LJ.

Diana Taurasi, former UConn star, set the WNBA scoring record with 47 points last night. The game went into triple OT, but Taurasi fouled out midway through the second OT.
